Mini Chunks – Exchange Policy

At Mini Chunks, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

• Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

What Can Be Exchanged

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations of the same item.

• If the desired item is unavailable, you may exchange for another item of equal value.

• If there is a price difference, it must be paid at the time of exchange (no cash refunds for lower-priced items).

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories (e.g., socks, headwear, innerwear)

• Items damaged due to misuse or wear

• Items without tags or proof of purchase

Important Notes

• No refunds are offered; exchanges only.

• Each item is eligible for one exchange only.

• Online order exchanges (if applicable) must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. After inspection, we will arrange an exchange.
